2 Egg whites or ¼ cup Liquid egg whites
2/3 cup Sugar
2 cups Sliced almonds
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
With a fork, stir together the egg whites with the sugar. Stir in the almonds until well coated.
Take a heaping teaspoon at a time. Flatten a bit. They shouldn’t be more than 2 inches in diameter. Every once and a while, stir.
Bake at 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
Careful because the cooking process continues after you take it out of the oven!
Let it cool. Remove cookies from cookie sheet and cool some more. When completely cooled, using a spatula, remove from parchment paper.
Makes 24-30 cookies.
