1 x 250g cream cheese, softened
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tbsp sour cream
Combine all three ingredients in a bowl until well blended. Spread evenly at the bottom of a 9”x13” glass pan or a platter.
Suggestion: The base can be prepared a day in advance, wrapped with plastic film and refrigerated.
Top cheese mixture in this order;
200 ml salsa
1 tomato, diced and drained
sliced olives (optional)
3 green onions, chopped
250g cheddar cheese, shredded
Serve with tortilla chips.
